Move Momentum is an award-winning charity based in Winchester, Hampshire that provides weekly dance classes for young people aged 10-16, over 65s and wheelchair users. We also run a weekly online wheelchair dance class. Any new students are welcome to come and try out one of our classes for FREE.

A friendly relaxed dance class for over 65s​ including a mixture of seated and standing movement with a focus on going at your own pace and the option to stay after class for a tea/coffee.
