Move Momentum is committed to providing the best possible service, and as such we are dedicated to improving and developing our charity's classes and services.

We recognise that sometimes the quality of service may be less than would reasonably be expected. In such an event we feel it important that people have an instant and friendly way of registering their complaint. You can do this via the Feedback Form below or through our

Complaints Form which can be found on our Policies page.

The feedback form can be completed anonymously, however, we would appreciate the opportunity to communicate with you about how we intend to address your feedback.
