“The participants bring such joy and enthusiasm to every class - they really brighten my week - and I’m a firm believer in the benefits dance can bring to everyone.”

Keeleigh Hamilton

Keeleigh received a BA (Hons) in Choreography & Dance at the University of Winchester. During her first year, Keeleigh developed an interest in community dance and how dance can be used to improve mental health and well-being in different settings.

As from the 2023 summer team, Keeleigh will also be teaching our GEMS classes, our dance sessions for over 65s. Keeleigh says, "I discovered Move Momentum when answering an ad for a volunteer helper at the GEMS class, and so I'm deighted to have been given this opportunity to teach the classes.
