Liberate Dance is an exclusively wheelchair-based dance company. At Liberate Dance we believe in celebrating the freedom of movement a wheelchair brings to people with disabilities.
We are a friendly, welcoming group for people with disabilities. We teach a range of dance styles from contemporary to Hip-Hop. Our Liberate Dance classes are far more than a dance class, we are a support network and family. We are inclusive, adaptable and flexible to meet your needs.

Online Class
Wednesdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm BST
Come and join us from the comfort of your own home! Our online classes take place weekly during school term-time and are held via Zoom. They are relaxed, fun classes that are open to all ages. We start with a set warm-up followed by fitness before learning some dance choreography that we will focus on for 4-5 weeks.
