Move Momentum at the Winchester Wellbeing Fayre 10 June 2023

Come along and see us at the Winchester Wellbeing Fair in the Winchester Cathedral grounds on Saturday 10 June!

Taking place from 10.30am to 2.30pm, the Fayre is all about helping to improve wellbeing. There’ll be lots of advice and ideas for activity based therapies - from drama interest to music based ventures - and of course dancing!

Move Momentum dance teacher, Keeleigh Hamilton will be at the stand to answer any questions you might have - whether you’re interested in our street dance Academies classes for 11-16 year-olds, our over 65s’ GEMS sessions, or our Liberate youth, adult or online classes for wheelchair users.

Keeleigh says, “I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday, it should be a fabulous event.

“Dancing is an amazing way to improve wellbeing, with its physical benefits, and benefits for mental health. And it’s such fun!

“Our classes are all about inclusivity and people dancing to their own ability, while giving the added bonus of helping people to make friends.”

So whether you’re new to Move Momentum, or an existing student - come and say hello! It will be lovely to see you, and bring your friends along. Keeleigh’s looking forward to meeting everyone.
