“I just love seeing how dance and movement can connect individuals and bring joy to people.”

"I ensure my sessions as enjoyable and as inclusive as possible, so that everyone in the room is getting something from the class and everyone feels comfortable and able to express themselves."

"I hope to continue to grow Move Momentum so that we are able to make dance accessible to even more people."
