UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2023: Due to numerous requests, we've decided to lower the age limit - dance academies now for 10-16 year-olds!
We were delighted to have so many young dancers come for the taster street dance sessions in July, and are looking forward to the new term and our new regular dance class starting at Winnall on Tuesday 5 September 2023.
Move Momentum’s street dance academies are for young people aged 11-16, and are all about doing some dancing, making friends, and above all having fun!
Dance teacher, Kerry, says, “Whether you’ve danced before or it’s all new to you, we’d love to see you.
“Classes are only £15 per term - and we offer a bursary as well. Come along with existing friends, or come to make some new ones.
“And if you think you’d like to do some performing, that’s great, as we have an annual Summer Show and regularly take part in community events. Take a look at our performances and events page for some of the more recent performances we’ve done.”
Winnall Academy takes place 5.30-6.30pm on Tuesdays
at Winnall Primary School, 31 Garbett Road, Winchester SO23 0NY,
with the term starting on Tuesday 5 September 2023.
